Delivery Information

Free Standard Delivery on orders delivered within Ireland for orders over €100

Every effort is taken to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. Each order is picked and packed by hand and we endeavour to dispatch your items as soon as possible.

 

Tracking your Order

When you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming that your order is being dealt with and confirming your order reference number. We will then send you a second email to let you know when your package is on its way.

 

Costs

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)     €5.95

Orders over €75                                          Free

All our packages are tracked and sent via An Post. We ship order from Monday to Thursday. We hold the right to postpone this delivery method during busy periods.

 

Gifts

We offer a bespoke gift wrapping and personalised message service including a bespoke gift box and gift wrapping. There is an additional charge of €10 for this service.

 

Delivery Details

Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours.

It is your duty to ensure that either yourself or your gift recipient will be available to accept any order. We will attempt to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect address information.

 

General Information

Delivery Weights Up to 10kg covers all of our product range including the hampers. Any orders above this weight, we will contact you to advise of any additional delivery charges.

 

Incomplete or Inaccurate Address Information

All attempts will be made to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it. The Long Dock are unable to accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information. Please ensure all address details are accurate and correct to ensure prompt delivery.

 

Returns Policy      

If for any reason the package is damaged or the products are faulty please advise us in person within 24 hours of receipt of package and we will be happy to deal with any issues.
