We could not offer The Long Dock homemade jams and citrus curds without a nod to the simple delight of eating fresh baked homemade bread topped with butter, cream and a fruity Jam.  The Experience is elevated to a different level because the Long Dock Homemade sweet jam’s and preserves have been created in small batches to our own traditional recipes. You can complete the authentic experience by baking your own homemade bread using one of Imelda’s Mothers family recipe. The long dock, homemade bread mixes are simple to prepare, just top with one of our flavorsome fruity jams while you enjoy the smell of fresh baked bread just out of the oven wafting through your home.
